In 2008 I wrote an article on how CrossFit, The S.P.E.A.R. system, and Combat Focus Shooting merged together into a foundational Combatives approach. Since then I have increased my knowledge in the systems and trained private citizens, law enforcement, and military personnel around the world. After every class I get receive feedback on how the programs increase conditioning, prepare you for worst case scenarios and provide competence along with confidence. As I charge forward to the future I am committed to promoting and teaching these program to law abiding citizens and our nations finest warriors.
